How The Fellowship Works
We don't do pre-recorded lectures followed by multiple-choice quizzes. We simulate a high-performance engineering organization. Here is how your time is spent.
1. Team Formation
Engineering is collaborative. You aren't just assigned to a random group; teams are formulated based on complementary skills, timezones, and intent. You act as a squad from day one.
2. The Build Pipeline
You follow real software development lifecycles (SDLC). Requirements gathering, architecture design, sprint planning, and branching strategies. This mimics a high-functioning startup environment.
3. Intensive Mentorship & Code Reviews
Mentors do not write the code for you. They review your Pull Requests, point out architectural flaws, suggest optimizations, and force you to rewrite bad code until it meets production standards.
4. Continuous Feedback Loops
Fail fast. By deploying early and often, you encounter real errors. We embrace failure as the primary mechanism for learning, debugging, and ultimately hardening the system.
5. Portfolio Generation
The byproduct of this process is not a certificate, but a live product. Your GitHub commits, your architectural documentation, and the working application become your definitive proof of capability.
Time Allocation
The majority of your time is spent actively wrestling with code, architecture, and deployments.
